Tour 3:

Rainforest Tours / Brazil – São Paulo - Rio de Janeiro II is an advanced level mountain bike tour through the Mantiqueira mountain range, in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais (see tour map).

It is located between sea level and 3.000 height meters, covering the montane and high montane altitudinal zones of Serra da Cantareira, Campos do Jordão and Itatiaia / Visconde de Mauá. In Mangaratiba exists the possibility to ferry across to Ilha Grande.
